Making a Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just
browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy onto the
shopping basket.
After you have finished your selection click on
‘checkout items’ and you will be asked for a few details
that we need to be able to complete your order.
We accept credit cards (Mastercard & Visa)
and debit cards (Maestro, Solo, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Connect).
If you are shopping from outside the UK, your
card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
When confirmation of the order is received, this
indicates that we have received your order. In the case of a change
in price, we will always contact you to ensure that the revised
price is acceptable.
Shipping & Handling All UK orders are despatched by First Class
Recorded Delivery which should normally ensure that delivery is
made on the next postal day. Recorded Deliveries must be signed
for.
All Overseas orders are despatched Airmail via
the UK Parcelforce which should normally ensure delivery within
7 days of despatch from the UK
Delivery Schedule If the product you have ordered is in stock
we will despatch it within 7 working days, and usually much faster.
If a product is not in stock we will contact you to discuss the
options available.
Tax Charges All prices include VAT at 17.5% which is
payable on all orders from the UK and European Union.
Credit Card Security When your order is placed at our website,
your payment card details are encrypted. They are only decrypted
on reaching the computer of our payment representative, and they
are not retained after order processing. They are not held in clear
text on any part of our or any other website.
Returns Policy
In the event of any products ordered via the website being of the
wrong colour, size or design you may return them to us. Providing
they are received in their original condition and in their original
packaging within 14 days of receipt we will either:-
a) Provide you with a refund (we will contact
you prior to this to obtain your card details, as we do not retain
these after purchase)
or
b) Replace the returned product with an alternative as specified
by you
In the event that you experience a problem
with any of our products, please contact us to discuss how we can
resolve the situation.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance

Except with their specific permission, Floyd
Shoes will not disclose any buyer’s information to third parties
other than those required to process the fulfilment of the order.
